Actually it turns out it was English Professional Greg Owen (missed the cut), who was playing a practice round with Snedeker when he saw the bird in the water on the 16th hole. Not sure why the YouTube poster said it was Brandt Snedeker. I should have listened more closely to the commentary when the guy said "I never thought an Englishman would be so concerned about a blue jay".
