I won the opportunity to play in the Celbrity AM at the BMW Open at Cog Hill on Dubsdread.

The Golfer on the far right hit 350+ drives to propel us onto a 4 way tie for 1st place. Got a lot of golf swag. Ray Bam sun glasses, 12 Callaway iS Balls, 12 Prov1 balls, shirts, hats, jacket, etc.

Our group shot a 58 in the Shamble. My personal score was 95. Way better that I thought I could shoot there! Everyone drives and we all play our own ball from the best drive. I had 3 natural birdies, my drive was used on the 615 yard par 5 number 9. One of my birdies was on 9. Hit a 325 yard drive which we hit from, 3 wood (SF), PW to 6 feet, birdie putt. Quite a thrill to get applause for making birdie putts!

Thanks. I post a lot of photos on pro photographer forums. Have the most trouble with this one. LOL

sweet pics! good to hear that you had such a succesful day.

Sweet pics and awesome swag, sounds like a kick butt experience.

Awesome! You are a lucky man to get to do that, congrats and thanks for sharing!

Thanks. This was my happiest day on a golf course ever. Besides getting to golf there, playing better than I normally do I kept pinching myself because I am so lucky. Met the owner of "The Little Guys" home entertainment at the awards lunch. He played also. They did all the TVs for the BMW and many other PGA events. Have known Dave for years. We both come from humble beginnings on the Southside of Chicago. I asked Dave how long it would be before we got discovered and kicked out.

Enjoy and appreciate EVERY round of golf you get to play.

Very nice! To be able to play a championship venue must have been a great experience!

ps: I used to live in Joliet, but please don't tell anyone. :)

Sean,

It's OK to be FROM Joliet. My wife was born there.

Very nice! 3 birdie putts, one over 20 feet. One over 30 footer for par. My caddy was really good at reading putts. Monday I shot 90 with 42 putts. Lot of them left on the lip. When it's bad, it's me, not the putter.

How'd the new putter work for yah?!

Sounds like an awesome experience, Tim. Thanks for sharing the story and pics. I posted mine on my thread. Check them out when you get a chance. WARNING: I suck at photography.
