Actually a coordinator need not be angry to cut off the slackers. They not only take up his time, but the time of the rest of the participants, who find themselves checking back and rechecking back for what now amounts to multiple days rather than hours, for something that can be posted by Monday evening. Here it is Friday already. ~Sigh

Had a moment this week that really brought it home for me. Time to quit playing lip service to losing weight and get serious about making a big change. I've really only tried hard the very first week of this contest. I lost 4 lbs that week. Just been going through the motions the rest of the contest. Got to get this done.
 
Great job guys 235 lbs is impressive. I am looking for a huge week and hoping to break the 180 barrier!

I have been trying to track my weekend eating more closely, as I tend to think it throws off my weekly weigh-ins.

Usually down on a Saturday morning, then over the course of Saturday and Sunday I go off the rails. Really hoping to get it back on track.

Not looking forward to this weigh in. I ate junk all week due to being so busy and just eating whatever/whenever I could.

I'm down 1.4 lbs. this week; not as much as I wanted, but it's still weight loss!
 
I'm traveling today, so my weight will be sent in later in the day and I am NOT looking forward to it.

You are so right, I have literally been trying to lose weight for probably 3 years now. This contest has given me the motivation I needed to stay on track. I will be sad to see it go in January, as I will only be about halfway to my ultimate goal at that point.
 
First week I went up. So mad at myself for blowing it this weekend. Was less than a pound but still stinks. Back to the grind!
 
No change. Beats going up a couple pounds, but not what I want to happen!
