This handy device is a personal launch monitor that measures distance and ball speed, best used on an outdoor range. very handy in that you don't need to actually walk to your ball to get the distance and there's no guesswork as there is with a range and flags, etc. It can be had for $229.

I use my Bushnell GPS on the course to measure my drives.

I used either my Callaway Upro or an app on my droid called Golf Club Length.

Skydroid, accurate usually to 3 yards. And i got hazards and certain spots marked on it.

Sent through the air and into your mindbrain, via Tapatalk. Once you read it, You cannot unread it!

nRange on my Blackberry

or sometimes I just subtract the difference between my tee and the womens tees. :banghead:

My SGX, its been a great thing to know my real distances.

Since I walk most of the time, I measure them with my calibrated strides. If they're not in the fairway I really don't care how far they went.
I use a little formula that is: (number of strides) x (0.9) = (close enough to the yardage it went)

My dying skycaddie 2.5
