Golf apparel remains one of my favorite segments in this crazy industry. That stance has always been built around the fact that there are so many options out there, that everyone can find something that lets them showcase their preferred personal style. Even then, I will admit to being a bit late to experience STITCH as an apparel brand.

Yes, for years now I have written about and used their golf and travel bags extensively, always coming away impressed with the quality and thought put into each piece. Well, after getting many pieces from the 2024 STITCH Fall apparel release in-hand and on-course, there is no denying that those same traits stand out among this side of the brands offerings as well.

Quick Take – 2024 STITCH Fall Apparel
If you haven’t taken the chance to experience the apparel side of STITCH, then you are doing you and your wardrobe a potential disservice. With the same keen attention to detail and commitment to never sacrificing quality as with their golf and travel bags, this Fall apparel lineup stands out among the pack.
Solid Pique and Victory Stripe Polo’s
The heart and soul of the STITCH apparel lineup has to be their polos. We were sent two different polo designs for this review, and if you are a golfer who enjoys the clean, classic, and pure aesthetic of simplicity as opposed to in-your-face patterns, then these stand out. Both feature STITCH’s three button placket as well as impressively sturdy collars. The cut on both has minimal taper with ample room through the chest and stomach, definitely leaning more towards the traditional side of things.

First, Solid Pique is a classic pique material that is 95% polyester to 5% spandex pique and that gives it the classic “pique” breathability and moisture wicking capabilities. The material is exactly what you would expect in this type of polo. It is priced at $98.00 and available in eleven different colors.

Then there is the Victory Stripe Polo, which is what many will picture in their brain when thinking about STITCH polo’s. The classic single stripe look is clean and the 92% polyester to 8% spandex material gives it 4-way stretch as well as quick dry breathability. The Victory Stripe is also priced at $98.00 but comes in seventeen color options. Both polos are available in size S to XXL.

Spectre Hoodie
While it might still be a bit of a controversial piece of apparel on the golf course for certain demographics based on the conversation we have on the THP Community, the fact that STITCH offers a golf hoodie makes this reviewer smile big. The Spectre Hoodie is 86% poly and 12% spandex with a heavy emphasis on movement and stretch.

I found the fit to be on the athletic side, with an XL fitting true to size (I wear a L in the STITCH polos for comparison), and there being no issues with restriction both in the golf swing as well as with how the collar/hood sits. The weight is right in the middle of things, and the hoodie is pocketless which in this case aids in its movement range. This is a top-tier, high-comfort, high-performance hoodie that is offered in five different colors and carries a heavier $198.00 price tag.
GT Vest
Much like with hoodies, you are either a vest person, or you aren’t. The GT Vest (GT stands for Gran Turismo) is the newest piece in the STITCH “Weather System Collection” that offers layering possibilities alongside wind and water resistance. I will openly admit, I am not the biggest vest person, but this also doesn’t look like the typical “golf vest”.

The attention to detail with heavy duty stitching and zippers, along with how well it paired over the Victory Stripe polo was impressive. The sizing is more in line with the traditional nature of the STITCH polos, but its length and design makes it look much more sleek fitting. Not to mention, the water resistance works as advertised, and the quality of the collar could make this a key piece in anyone’s fall golf wardrobe. The GT Vest is offered in five colors and is priced at $168.00.
Cambridge Crew Neck Sweater
For those who enjoy a good sweater, or more precisely a “Zegna Baruffa” Italian Merino Wool sweater, then of course STITCH has you covered there. Admittedly, this is a style and piece that is a bit outside of my comfort zone, for as timeless and classic as the Merino crew neck sweater is in golf, it can be a bit daunting to try and pull off for some of us.

However, the material here is to die for, and add that to the thick and dense (this is a good thing) collar band and cuffs, it’s an article which makes you understand why it’s so classic. As for the cut, I would call it classic, with room in the middle of the sweater while the shoulders and waist are more on the form fitting side. Being Italian Merino Wool, the $288.00 price tag on this one shouldn’t be all that surprising.
Heston Five Pocket Pants
Finally, the pants. Not just any pants though, these Heston Five Pocket pants are made up of a 96% polyester and 4% spandex tech blend focused on full 4-way stretch. The most fun part for me though, is the Five Pocket design aesthetic which makes them usable on and off the course. The fit in waist and length was true to size for me, and they have a nice blend of tailored and athletic fit through the thighs and lower leg. The weight is astoundingly good, and the longer they were on, the better they wore, more so than any other golf pants I have owned.

The Heston Five Pocket Pants are offered in five colors with waists from 30 to 42. They are priced at $148.00.
The Details – 2024 STITCH Fall Apparel
As a brand, there are few out there who manage to walk the line of being extremely good at multiple products as opposed to just specializing in one thing, STITCH continues to break the mold and become an all-encompassing company offering form and function in everything they offer. The entirety of the STITCH Fall Collection for 2024 is available now at various green grass locations and retailers, as well as their website www.stitchgolf.com.
Great write up @Jman . I hope you got a good selection across the lineup to test as the full fall collection looks great.
I don’t own any Stitch apparel but would like to get some polos someday, I really like the look and also the M/L size. Those 1/4 zips look really sharp as well.
I like everything here. The vest and hoodie would be quick favorites.
Have been a fan of stitch clothes, well shirts for now, for a couple years. Well made and sized nicely.
The black staff style bag for display in the loft is also nice.
Looking forward to trying the pants as well.
That sweater is fantastic. This might be their best line yet
A well written article on Stitch Golf. What they do they do extremely well. Constant attention to detail. Great fabrics and fit. It’s fair to suggest the line is higher end. No argument, but I’ve owned pieces for several years and they look like new. Plus, Stitch doesn’t sit on inventory too long. There’s usually several opportunities to find items at generous discounts not just on clothing but bags and accessories. A great NC based brand.

We got all the pieces pictures in the article in-hand for this one. All across the gamut, and they’re stellar, I’m very impressed.

I’m not a sweater guy, but man it’s extremely nice and ultra comfortable.
That sweater looks really comfortable. Stitch produces some great apparel!
I don’t have anything from Stitch. They always look nice and the colors they use on the polos shown are more of what I would wear. Worth a look.
I’ve liked their polos in the past. I need to try these, especially the hoodie and pants. Love a good sweater but 3 bills is too much for me, no matter how nice it is.
Probably going to need a Spectre hoodie. I have a 1/4 zip that’s my absolute favorite and if it’s the same material and weight it will be amazing.
Best collars in golf. Don’t even know how many striped Stitch shirts I have.

The under-buttons on the collars are a game changer-the best in golf.

I have not seen this yet, but have been watching. $200 for a hoodie for example is outrageous. Several other great options in the $75 -100 range.
Really digging this fall line.

You should try one. Something. I can’t imagine you’d ever regret it, and then you would know.

The hoodie is legitimately already one of my favorites out there, I’m super impressed.

All depends on what you want. I’ve got a lot of golf hoodies in that lower bracket that I love, but they do not have the same material quality as this one, nor stitching.
I need to try Stitch sometime. And soon. This stuff looks great.
Stitch clothes look good! I wish I got a 50 cent discount for every email/text they send me!!

Maybe I will get a chance to see them in person. Even still the fit, would have to be absolutely perfect which is rare, amongst other things for that kind of money (same for Rhoback, Greyson which looks terrible to me, and the like). I am interested in Stitch though from what I see.
Also THPers many of the Dormie properties are now stocking Stitch goods for your pro shop visits
The quality of Stitch apparel is as good as any I’ve tried. I will have to wait for the hoodie to go on sale, but would love to add it at some point.

Does that include vests?
I love the 1/4 zips they make. I think it’s about the best out there. Basically a toss up between the Stitch and Puma for me. But the Stitch 1/4 is way better than a Vineyard Vines and a Zero Restriction I have in the same class.
I am also holding out hope against hope that we see a THP logoed Stitch vest one day.

Options are always good.
The quality and materials here are so good. Style wise obviously pretty traditional but I like their stuff

I love a good vest and digging that GT Vest. Whole line-up in general looks good.
some simple, solid, and professional looking stuff..

The polos are a little boring for me personally, but I’m in the minority in not being a stripe or solid guy, so I know for the masses, they check a lot of boxes.
I love the pants (I am wearing a pair right now) I wear them to the office and on the golf course. The Spectre hoody is awesome also. I haven’t gotten one of their sweaters yet but I might pick one up this fall.
I agree with @Jman on the fit. I wear large in their polos but tend toward XL in their sweaters, hoodies and quarter zips.

With the shirts Stitch has a M/L fit falling obviously between medium and large. It fits a surprising number of people well.
Their solid pique polo is an awesome base piece. I have it in white. I managed to get a stain on it but I keep wearing it to the range. Probably helps from a talent standpoint that the NC State school of textiles is nearby. The GT Vest, as James pointed is a winner.

Also worth noting for their polos is that they are durable. I’ve had mine for years now and they are still in incredible shape.

They have been venturing into the prints lately, but still very muted by comparison to, say, Peter Millar or Johnnie-O.
This was from a couple years ago now, I think. Wore this very shirt yesterday.

Absolutely, it’s why I referenced the materials like I did, that and the stitching are SOOOOO good.

I need more bold. Haha
Love Stitch, most of what I wear is their stuff to work and on the course.
Must be a Charlotte thing… I do too. Their pant is awesome. Polos are too.
Rocking the hoodie to the course this morning in the cool air.
I keep wanting to get some Stitch polos. This review is getting me even closer.
I love the fit of the M/L. It’s my favorite brand to wear on the course. However, every single polo I’ve ordered has a small bulge where the shoulder seam meets the arm. I’ve returned my last 2 orders because of this.
