2025 Toulon Collection

Many of us have been waiting patiently to see just what Toulon Golf had up their sleeves for their 2025 Collection. Fortunately, Toulon themselves have been so excited that they’ve been teasing things from their newest lineup for some time now. Today though, we can officially dive in and give you the entire story.

However, if you truly wanted to sum it up in a single word, it would be “soft”.

The new collection is being hailed by the company as “A Celebration of Soft”, and as you will see, they left no stone unturned to achieve exactly that.

2025 Toulon Collection

The 2024 First Run Collection was a hit amongst golfers for Toulon. Where the Small Batch releases have been the pinnacle of what a putter design can be, the First Run established a standard option that would be readily available while still being premium in every sense. Fast forward to present day, and the 2025 Toulon Collection reaffirms the brands commitment to a core lineup of milled putters which has something for everyone.

Yes, this new collection has expanded as every single putter shape within the lineup is either a brand new design or a returner which was immensely popular last year. However, those familiar designs have undergone significant changes. With the focus being on “Soft”, that means that there isn’t a bumper, topline, surface, or radius which has not been worked over. Toulon truly wanted this release to be more of everything, more beautiful, more pleasing, and more memorable.

However, physical softening goes hand in hand with feel as well. Toulon has sought to ensure that every putter within the collection has that elusive feeling of the most purely struck putt you have ever rolled. That dense and almost syrupy feedback which keeps you coming back for more is the goal, but with the understanding that though sound and feel are one in the same with putters, the audible is also linked with distance control. Toulon’s belief is that the sound needs to match the energy put into the putting stroke to provide the proper feedback so that golfers can adjust on the greens.

This overall chase for feel was at the core of why the 2025 Toulon Collection is milled out of 304SS, it is a bit softer material which still machines well making it capable of showcasing the artistic nature of each putter in the line. This also allowed them to alter the face thickness in some of the models in order to hit feel and performance goals. On top of all that the Deep Tuna milling combined with a Small Tuna “over-mill” not only looks amazing, but it reduces the surface area that contacts the ball at impact. Toulon likens this to a tire tread, but for sound as opposed to water, so it filters and funnels frequencies and vibrations instead.

Each putter model also shows off an astounding Anthracite finish. This is a deep luster grey-like finish which avoids being too dark or bright. Why does that matter? Because it allows each headshape to show off all of that softening work that they have done, it is also playable in all light conditions. The putters are all finished out with touches of Racing Red, Heritage Blue, and white, which is also the showcase theme on all new grips and headcovers.

But what about the different head shapes, right? Well, let’s dive in.

New York City

The NYC is the most forgiving blade in the entire 2025 Toulon Collection. This is a wide bodied shape which uses a fully milled 6061 Aluminum sole plate to hit its 355g head weight. Everything about the shape is much more flowing than the previous version and is brought together with a longer H1.5 hosel that keeps the proportions right. This is a RH only design that will also be available in a Heavy Spec version which comes with heavier weights and a 15-inch grip.

Alcatraz

The legend grows. The Alcatraz was the top seller in the 2024 First Run and remains the biggest mallet shape which Toulon offers. This take on the Jailbird shape is now even more streamlined with the topline and every bumper softened extensively. The milled 6061 Aluminum sole plate helps move more mass to the perimeter, upping the MOI. This year not only is there a single topline as the alignment aid, but the shape is being offered in H1 (RH/LH), DB (RH), and a new center shaft (RH) as well as long putter (RH) option.

Alcatraz Mini

The first all-new shape for 2025, the Alcatraz Mini takes DNA from the full-sized version as well as the Seattle. The putter is longer from heel to toe like the Alcatraz, but has a much more compact front-to-back like the Seattle. This combination actually helps increase the MOI despite it being a smaller mallet. The 304SS body showcases dual milled 6061 Aluminum sole plates with sound enhancing gaskets as well. It is being offered in H1, DB, and H4.5 (slant) hosels, all RH only.

Charleston

This one is going to excite a lot of golfers. The Charleston brings the “ear shaped” mid-mallet design of the Sea Island Small Batch to a broader audience, though its deeper roots come from the brands classic Madison blade. This is a rounded shape with a topline and bumpers to match its flow. This serves as an excellent starting point for blade users who want to venture into the world of mallets. The Charleston is being offered in H1 and H7 (flow) neck options, both RH only.

Miami

Another brand-new shape, the Miami is a full-mallet which showcases an innovative multi material design. Using 304SS in the face and forward structure has moved the CG of the putter more forward to impart a quicker roll while still being a high MOI design. The rest of the putter is milled 6061 Aluminum which situates under the flowing edges and radii of the 303SS. The putter uses a single long alignment line which is on a crowned looking body to tie it all together. This is available in RH only and will come in a DB and H1 hosel design.

Carlsbad

If you have seen Toulon Golf’s social media lately, then you have seen the teases for the Carlsbad. Named after the epicenter of golf innovation, this shape brings the Two-Ball alignment to a Toulon mallet design. The 304SS and 6061 Aluminum combination makes for the most elegant and artistic version of the Two-Ball ever seen. Yes, this is being done in part thanks to the Toulon relationship with Callaway, but it is a dramatically unique take. Everything flows and blends, with no squared off lines present. The hosel options here are H1 (RH/LH) as well as DB (RH).

Las Vegas

Vegas is back baby! Immeasurably popular, the fully milled take on the Seven remains one of Toulon Golf’s most popular designs. This year, they wanted to keep that DNA but then soften everything. From the topline to the wings and everything in-between, it is all much more flowing visually. Not to mention, they have added a more curved topline/flange which is reminiscent of Xander’s major winning Seven. The 304SS body and 6061 sole plate are being produced in H1, DB (RH/LH), and  new H7 flow neck for max toe flow.

Hollywood

One more all new head shape, the Hollywood was such a hit with golfers when it was introduced in limited edition, it was a must release in the main lineup. Compared to the original, they have softened the shoulders, topline, and bumpers for a more flowing look. The Hollywood uses a single site dot and tri-sole to bring it all together and is being offered in H1, and right hand, only.

Atlanta

Don’t worry, the Atlanta is still alive and well. This time though, the 304SS body has increased in size slightly and thanks to the use of 6061 Aluminum on the sole Toulon was able to add more forgiveness than past versions. As for the main body, all curves have been smoothed and melted them to flow more, keeping with trend. Right handed only for the Atlanta, but does have three hosel options with the H1, DB, and H4.5 (slant).

Austin

Finally, one of the most beautiful blade putter designs in all of golf is back. The Austin now returns with melted everything including softer bumpers, rounded topline, and a widened cavity for a new unique look. This is only offered in H1 (RH/LH) and this year is showing off a clean flange line.

The Details

If you haven’t figured it out by now, Toulon Golf doesn’t halfway do anything. It’s all in, all the time, and the 2025 Collection shows that more than ever as they have brought together more models than anyone expected, and still managed to tied them all together with their theme of softness.

The 2025 Toulon Collection begin sales today and will be priced at $600 for all models except the Carlsbad, which will be $650.
