30 In 30: Titleist Fitting Examined

Throughout the past year Titleist has introduced a fitting initiative with their Titleist Thursday events, where players can get fit for any of the company’s current offerings. When it comes to driver fittings, they have narrowed the process down to what they call 30 in 30, which is essentially 30 swings in 30 minutes, in order to get proper configuration set to allow the 917 driver to be the ultimate performer and earn a spot in the bag.

To start off a fitting session, time is set aside to get to know the player and how their current equipment reacts. While that all sounds like an easy and simple process, it’s a step that carries a lot more weight than one might realize.
