Headcovers, totes, and belts, oh my! One of The Hackers Paradise’s favorite accessories companies, Ame & Lulu, is at it again with their new 2009 Collection. We were blown away with the styles, colors and patterns of ’08 we didn’t think they could top that. I have never been so happy to be so wrong. Rather than do a detailed review like last time this will be more of a company profile and introduction to their incredible 2009 Collection.

One of the things I love about Ame &Lulu is that they not only cater to the golfer’s needs, but they also have clutch items for the tennis player, yoga fanatic, and junior competitor as well.. On our forum a member has coined the term “matchy-matchy.” You can probably guess this means all things that match, and Ame & Lulu has mastered the art of matchy-matchy. Their totes and duffle bags come in nine different color combination to please even the pickiest player. Along with the large bags you can find several great accessory items for all your needed essentials. From their Everyday Collection you can find cosmetic bags, jewelry pouches, tote inserts, coin purses and even a card holder all too match your weekend or overnight duffle. For the golfers they have matching shoe bags, headcovers ball holders, tee bags, key chains, a golf belt, belt caddy, and a great item call the carry all. We were lucky enough to get our hands on one of their 2009 carry alls in the links pattern. What a great idea, it’s a three zipper caddy that hangs on your golf bag to hold all your personal items. This is not only a golf piece, it is also wonderful for traveling, and like almost every other Ame & Lulu item this is made in the USA. The carry all is made of a durable canvas type material which should hold up round after round after round. I love the idea of having items like my cell phone and cash so easily accessible.

As mentioned above Ame & Lulu not only carries incredible accessories for golfers they also have racquet covers, tote bags, and back bags for the tennis player, a yoga bag for the fitness junkie, and a nice array of products for juniors. The new color pallets and color combination for 2009 are outstanding. The colors are so vibrant and they really compliment each other nicely. They really do have a pattern for everyone. From the person who likes clean lines and soft colors, to the country cottage fan, or the funky retro type there is something for everybody. Just like last seasons line the Ame & Lulu product is top notch. Great construction, very durable, and very versatile. I think the smaller items would make a great gift for a friend or a fun way to splurge on yourself. They will even do custom embroidery for you at an additional charge, so now you can have your initials on your headcovers instead of some stock company name. The love and passion of the ladies of Ame & Lulu are as evident as ever with their 2009 collection. I do find some of their items a bit on the high end as items range from $12.00 USD for the key chain, $26.00 USD for the carry all, and all the way up to $120.00 USD for the weekend duffle. Even with the slightly elevated prices, I still think the quality of these products speaks for themselves, and I have always been a believer in quality over quantity. That carryall is a fabulous idea–and a good size (the web site says 7.5 x 6 inches). Big enough to be useful but small enough so it doesn’t flop around and get in the way.

    Love the Cabo pattern!
