In today’s golf equipment marketplace, collaborations are all the rage, some hit and some miss, but then there are times that go beyond those two options. The coming together of Bridgestone Golf and Eastside Golf has the potential to go beyond and be a true win-win for both brands.

Who is Eastside Golf?
Since we know not everyone keeps up with the trends and changes of lifestyle brands, you might not know exactly who Eastside Golf is, so let us help you out there. Eastside Golf is a lifestyle brand which was founded in 2019 by Olajuwon Ajanaku and Earl A. Cooper to help provide funding to aspiring professional golf careers, but it has become so much more than that.

With absolute focus on driving change in the game of golf by inspiring both youth and non-golfers to gain awareness of this sport we all love, while also bringing attention to culture and diversity. Eastside Golf wants to bring the morals and values that golf provides to new generations as a catalyst to improving themselves and bettering their lives.

The Eastside Golf apparel and accessories have become transcendent, being worn by some of the biggest names in sports like Patrick Mahomes and Chris Paul, but even beyond that with former President Barack Obama as well. Eastside is about opening doors for the future of our society, and this collaboration with Bridgestone Golf is another small step on that journey.

Bridgestone Golf X Eastside Golf
What exactly is this relationship? Well, its golf balls of course, with the #1 Ball-Fitting brand in all of golf bringing their most popular golf ball, the Tour B X, together with the iconic “Swingman” logo of Eastside Golf. Bridgestone will not only be the official golf ball of Eastside Golf, but they will work together moving forward to continue to change the perception of golf, showing it to be a place for everyone.
The Bridgestone Eastside Limited Edition Tour B X golf balls will be priced at $54.99 and available for purchase both through www.bridgestonegolf.com as well as www.eastsidegolf.com. Additionally, there will be availability at select retail locations.
I think that’s pretty cool. I’ll be honest in saying I don’t know much (or anything) about Eastside Golf so it’s cool to learn a bit about them with a brand that I already know and like.
Man Eastside Golf is an interesting one. I quite enjoy their story, and they have had some really fun collabs – but I have struggled with their CS and long shipping times.
Hoping to see them improve on that and glad to see they are getting an opportunity to work with Bridgestone
Ironically, placed an order for some shoes, a Jordan/Eastside collaboration. Ordered Sunday, shipping notice Monday. Shipping was pricey, but price was good on shoes. Love stories like theirs, glad more are happening.
Interesting story. I had never heard of Eastside. After checking out their story and website I can see they are different than other small brands (and there are tons). Cool you can get custom Nike’s from them. Like a lot of small brands, they are pricey for basic apparel. Have to really want to support their message/goals to purchase them.
I’m glad to see Bridgestone collab with someone. For a company who always had an identity of a clean golf ball, they have definitely changed that this year with Mindset and now this.
Curious where this goes. Probably not for me but glad golf continues to get creative to cater to their audience.
Didn’t know collaborator existed till now. It’s different and allows options so that’s good. Still waiting on them to drop a ball with the B all over like a soccer ball design like Callaway or TaylorMade.
Very cool.
Ohhh my bro in law loves them. I’ll have to send this article his way
Love their message and they make some great collabs. Those customizable shoes are awesome.
This is the first move by Bstone in a while I can really get behind, it’s a fun combo.
Like Bridgestone balls, like Eastside Golf, this is a big win in my book. Excited to see what potential this has down the line.
cool to see Bstone come out of their shell a bit.

I can pretty much guarantee that’ll never happen.
Pretty cool, love the collabs.

Agreed.
I fucking love it. I can’t remember where I first heard the Eastside story, but it’s a noble effort.

My Jordan 6 came quickly so I am glad I haven’t run into long shipping times…yet.
I love their logo, their story, and the stuff they put out.
Their stuff is a bit spendy unless on sale and they do some weird restock things. Like the J1 lows they restocked like GS sizes never adult sizes.
I need to pick up some more of their stuff.

Which ones did you get?
Good for Bridgestone actually putting something on a ball. I like it.
I had never heard of Eastside Golf until seeing this. I will have to go and check them out.
The golf ball looks pretty cool.

Figured as much was surprised on this one as they said in Off Course they wouldn’t do stuff that didn’t help with performance.
I am a fan of Eastside Golf and I love this collaboration. The ball looks awesome. I think I need to track down a box.
I am a huge fan of Eastside Golf. I have been following their movement since it’s inception. I have been fortunate enough to have a few opportunities to talk with Olajuwan and Earl the co-founders of Eastside Golf. Two really cool dudes and inspiration to the golf community. I will look to purchase a box of these balls to support Bridgestone and Eastside.

It’s ok at times, i like what the company stands for. So I’m less bothered by the cost. Now, if it was high and say a week. That’s a different story.

Yea. I think you’re right. 4 It’s been a day. Aleady.
Have never heard of them before reading this. Seems like most like it so maybe it’s a good thing for Bridgestone
Put these in play last week on my golf trip, they made me smile.
Reminded me that 1) the X is a damn good ball, and 2) I love this collab, I wish B’stone would do more like this.
