Great episode.
Really excited for the new Callaway Glove and Bag Boy Bag.
I like this year Callaway tour glove, but the Cuater glove has become my all time fav. We’ll see if the new Callaway can dethrone it.

Its not relegated to just FL sadly
fun episode, thanks. people that file those lawsuits like the one against velveeta should have to pay all courts costs.
Missed most of this one, stuck in certification training today. I’ll catch the recording when I have time. Really looking forward to this one.
Just started watching, the tour van story is hilarious

The lawyer is based in New York. He’s the same guy who filed 27 lawsuits over Vanilla flavoring. He specializes in consumer class action suits.
Here’s a summary of one of the allegations in the Velvetta suit
The product’s instructions say to microwave the cup for 3½ minutes. This number doesn’t account for the other four steps required to prepare the pasta: removing the lid and sauce pouch, adding water, microwaving, and stirring. The additional steps mean it’s impossible for the mac and cheese to be ready in just three and a half minutes.

Just got a chance to listen. Stoked that my question got some discussion on air.
Also appreciate the backstory on the Grandaddy name.

That guy is a troll I’m sure but I kinda agree that’s false advertising ?
JB’s weirdo comment is having me do some unexpected retrospective analysis of our Morgan Cup dinners :ROFLMAO:

You beat me to it, I was coming to respond and say the lawyers are from NY and in total they have filed 400 lawsuits. like this to various companies for the same garbage type claims.
Great episode!! I cannot wait to see all the new tech you can’t talk about yet! Patience is hard!
Got to listen to this on my drive home. Got into my appt early. Couple things.
That lady sueing for the max and cheese. She is part of what’s wrong with this country…
The philly sloppy joe sounds so good!
And so excited for the Grandaddy next week!
Looking for the worst? The lawsuit stuff is the worst. I’m so glad we don’t have that kind of BS here, it just doesn’t fly. But for the best, the background info on GD history and raising the wait for the new stuff even higher.
Terrible listen as usual. Enjoyed all the GD talk and heavy @AT_CG involvement in the comments.

As a lawyer, I am always interested to see who it is that files these lawsuits.
Missed the live broadcast, but rest assured that it is the worst podcast even on replay!!
@JB You were taking my back talking about Starcade. Loved my wrasslin’ back in the 80’s!! That is really cool how the Grandaddy came to be.
Panda Express is the WORST fast food in my opinion. Just terrible!!
Not giving up meat, never!!
I agree about the bag issues. A lot of these DTC bags are just garbage. I am kind of a bag snob. I with that Ogio would make the Convoy SE bag as that was the best designed bags I have ever used!! I am really looking forward to the Grandaddy bag that was teased in the podcast!!

Oh there is a lot of bad fast food.
But this one was bad fast food that locals love. Texans love their bad fast food burgers evidently.

What does this picture have to do with The Grandaddy? Listen and find out.
I was always curious why it was called the Grandaddy. Thanks for the explanation.
I love Texas, but I have to agree, I don’t understand the love of Whataburger. It’s alright, but some folks here basically worship it. Guy down my street has a Whataburger inflatable in his yard lol
I have a blade and mallet putter, just switch between the two when things go cold.
@GolferGal is 100% right with In&Out
@JB I will slightly agree with Whataburger. The franchises in the cities/suburbs have gotten worse, but the small town Whataburgers are really good.
Grandaddy participants, live the experience and update as you can. Your work comes after and during you need to soak it all in.

Oh man do Texans love bad fast food burgers. Whataburger is like a protected historical place but man are the burgers meh. And they cost almost the same a eating at a restaurant.

My statement doesn’t change.
One of these days you will tune in
It is kind of funny to sit back and think of just how ridiculously stupid the Grandaddy experience is for a regular THPer.
How is it now I’m excited about a glove :ROFLMAO:

I started it today, that counts for something
I have to say I am one of the opinion that most bags are the same. Pick the slot system you like, number of pockets and color and go. The upcoming Bagboy bag may change my mind.

Same. I’m imagining goat grip patterns in my head now. And a pair of rain gloves with the football style logo in the palms.
Loved the show today it is always so fun to watch! And if choosing a fast food burger it would be whataburger over in and out all day long!
Cali folks are more of a mixed bag if you say something bad about In-N-Out. Texas folks will look at you like you insulted their mother if you say something bad about Whataburger. Both are overrated but the Texas people I’ve talked to have more love for their poor fast food joints.
Thanks to everybody that tuned in. That was a fun show.
Just fired this up.
Nice 1/4 zip flex right out of the gate ?
Worst fast food… I hate Burger King. Nothing to offer me. Its misery in a soiled wrapper. Locally, Wendy’s. All of them. You don’t order food, its merely a suggestion. They give you what they want you to have.
Advice for participants. POST. Don’t try to read and keep up with it as its going. Enjoy the ride. You will have time to read when you get home/back to your room and calm down.
The engagement I got during Shaft Up on this forum really made me happy. It was amazing. I played awful and loved it.
Dormie did make some good birthday cake.
Left overs at 4 days is about right. Depends on what it is I guess.
Powdered Sugar CAN be a condiment. 😎
The conversation about bags at Dormie made me wait to see what this release is. I need a new bag and Bag Boy seems to be quality.
Good listen while folding laundry.

I mean its Grandaddy time. Had to go with some Hideaway gear.
Great episode! Very much appreciate the time invested into bringing us along for the ride and insights into the world of golf.
Bucket list courses- Muirfield. bc it’s in my backyard. Pebble, St Andrews,. Googling Gaza Ranch
Worst fast food locally- Arby’s or BK. Whoppers are great, but nothing else at BK
People will literally sue about anything. unreal
Wedge names- Idk. 10i, 11i just sounds weird for me, but I’d get used to it
Tips for participants- take a few minutes for yourself and realize where you are when you get a few minutes of down time. we also love pictures at home
The recipe sounds amazing- I’m sueing though bc you said it takes “no time to make”
Leftovers- 2 days. after that I’ll pass
Day late listening but enjoyed the episode and can’t wait for next week to follow all the excitement!
