2026 has been an exciting year for CaddyDaddy. What better way to complete the look of your new Revcore LUX bag than by adding a set of LUX headcovers? Sold as a three-piece set, the headcovers deliver a clean, understated look without relying on loud colors or oversized logos.
Each headcover is embroidered with a 1, 3, or X on the top, and true to CaddyDaddy’s reputation, the stitching is raised and feels premium. The underside features a debossed CaddyDaddy logo, which is the only branding you’ll find on these headcovers. The design includes diagonal stitching, reflecting the same design language seen in the hip pads of both the Revcore LUX Lightweight and LUX Hybrid stand bags.
Scratch Guard Material
Crafted from CaddyDaddy’s Scratch Guard synthetic leather, these headcovers blend style and durability. They not only look great but also feel soft to the touch and are designed to last. Fit and Protection
As previously mentioned, these headcovers are sold in packs of three, which include a cover for a driver, a fairway wood, and a hybrid. Drivers come in various shapes these days, and during our testing of different models, we didn’t encounter any issues fitting the headcovers on or taking them off. The same was true for both the fairway wood and hybrid models.
We were able to test the fairway cover more extensively on models ranging from 163cc to 185cc. The most significant test was fitting the fairway cover to an older mini driver measuring 235 cc. In reality, this size was at the upper limit for what this headcover could accommodate. While we were able to install and remove it, the fit was extremely snug. Therefore, if you’re considering using one of the fairway models for a modern mini driver, you might want to look for alternatives.
While the exterior of headcovers is what first captures attention, it’s their interior that plays a crucial role in protecting our valuable golf clubs. CaddyDaddy has lined each headcover with a velvet material designed to provide what they call scuff-proof protection.
After using a Revcore bag for the past two seasons, I find that this velvet feels more similar to the material used in the valuables and rangefinder pockets of earlier Revcore bags, rather than the velvet found in the new LUX Hybrid bag. The newest bags use a noticeably plusher lining than previous Revcore models, though both provide excellent protection. Regardless, there is no doubt that the interior of these headcovers will keep your clubs protected and free from scratches.

Premium Executive Laptop Backpack
I love a good backpack. Whether I’m traveling across the country or just commuting to the office, you can often find me carrying one. That’s why I was thrilled to hear that CaddyDaddy will soon release its new premium executive laptop and travel backpack.
Right out of the packaging, several features stand out. First, CaddyDaddy has chosen premium synthetic leather, which feels nice to the touch and, as its name suggests, looks high-end. The combination of a more squared-off design with the black synthetic leather gives this bag a business-appropriate appearance.
CaddyDaddy has also maintained the tradition of using large zipper pulls, which are a nice touch carried over from their golf and travel bags. The shoulder straps are medium-width and provide ample padding. While some backpacks pack in excessive padding, leading to a bulky feel, that is not the case here. CaddyDaddy has struck a good balance with the padding, strap width, and the bag’s weight of only 1.5 lbs, resulting in a pleasant carrying experience.
Another instant impression that I couldn’t help but notice was just how compact this bag is. Its official dimensions are 16″ x 12″ x 5″ when fully expanded. Being someone who normally carries a 25L backpack, I was a bit nervous about whether I’d be able to transfer the items from my current backpack to this one. Of course, not being able to do so might be a blessing in disguise. So, how will it all work out? Let’s find out.
Organization and Daily Use
Opening the bag is straightforward, and the clamshell-style zipper makes it easy to access items from the bottom if necessary. Inside the main compartment, there is a padded laptop holder that can accommodate laptops up to 15 inches, so it easily holds my 14-inch MacBook Pro. In front of this pocket, there is an additional sleeve designed for a tablet or folder. My daily setup includes my laptop or iPad and a lunchbox, all of which fit comfortably. However, space becomes a bit cramped when carrying all three items at once.
The other full-length section offers internal storage for pens and small notepads, as well as a spacious mesh pocket ideal for cables or, in my case, my glasses case. I keep a small tech bag in this full-length pocket, which holds several wall chargers and spare cables. Finally, there is a pocket at the very front of the bag, a convenient place for items like passports, keys, or anything else you may need quick access to.
For those eyeing this backpack as a perfect travel companion, note that it features a passthrough strap on the back, making it easy to attach to roller bags. This feature was tested on a CaddyDaddy First Class Carry-On, which has become my preferred travel bag.
Final Thoughts
After using this backpack for a few weeks, I found it to be a suitable daily bag for my needs. Its compact size has helped me avoid carrying items that I don’t need every day. The built-in organization features have made it easier to keep my belongings neatly packed. However, as a travel backpack, it may not be my first choice, since I tend to pack more items than it can accommodate. Packing space aside, the biggest omission for me is the lack of a water bottle sleeve, which is manageable for my daily use, but would be a drawback when preparing for a full day of travel.
