Callaway is no stranger to having some fun when it comes to special edition golf ball drops. In fact, the argument could be made that they sit at the top of the mountain as far as consistency and options. In recent years, that has been primarily focused on the Chrome Tour, but for 2025 Callaway Golf is bringing its sales powerhouse, the Supersoft, in on the fun once again.
2025 Callaway Supersoft
Already a dominant golf ball in terms of sales, the Supersoft has always stuck to its primary goal of providing as much performance as possible for the average golfer, while also making sure the price is right at $24.99. The Supersoft uses a HyperElastic SoftFast Core to improve speed while the brand new Hybrid Cover brings even more distance maximization that also maintains soft feel and durability.
“Cheers” to Mother’s Day from Callaway Supersoft

Special release golf balls are fun, even when it is something that may not check your particular box, you have to admit it is always cool to see companies at least produce some options. This year, Supersoft is jumping back into the world of special releases, and at their price point, it might just make the fun more accessible than in the Chrome Tour versions.

For Mother’s Day, Callaway is bringing the vino and offering a full “Cheers” to the moms out there. Using the standard white Supersoft as the canvas, each sleeve is adorned with a different glass. The options are all there, with Red, White, Rosé, and even the Sparkling variety present.
The Details
Options are fun, and any tip of the cap to the moms in our lives is nice to see. They may not be flashy, but designs don’t always have to be in your face. The Supersoft Cheers Golf Balls are hitting retail on 4/16/25 with pricing at $24.99.

Like that they’re exploring new designs, this one seems just a little out of place overall. Get the intended connection just not the logged version I’d be gifting my mom for Mother’s Day.
I was expecting to see Norm, Fraiser, Sam, Cliff or Diane…which I wouldn’t buy either. I’m glad Callaway just keeps swinging, but big whiff on these.
Something different and fun. Not for me but others will like it.
I love Callaway doing this kinda stuff, these are great!
I could see these being a solid gift for the right person.
Solid, solid option for a LE release ball. I like the choice of Supersoft here, and mixing up the ball types for these limiteds. Kudos on the design @MBrennanCG!
Interesting. Not really my style but I could see this more for the casual golfers wanting personalization/ or YouTube type.
not my cup of tea, but still cool.
I like these. For the right person they could be a fun ball

That’s where my mind went also ?
I could see people buying these. I like seeing this with the Supersoft.
Thought more and think swapping the wine with confetti and these match New Years much better than Mother’s Day.
These are absolutely delightful.
Pretty cool for the women or mom golfers out there. Really like that Callaway is putting some focus in that direction
