We also dive quite a bit into The Match 3 and different exhibitions that we would like to see in the future. This show has a ton of topics and and it is an episode you will not want to miss.
Episode 34 is here and Dan and his guest Kris discuss the following topics.

Well my morning agenda just changed!
Bacon bread and golf in Indy? Let me know if you need a 4th!
My 3w starts to sweat each time I listen to OffCourse now. I think it’s feeling the pressure
And great closing comment @Canadan which sums up a lot here on THP. People coming from different places to the common point, which is a love for golf!
I don’t know about you guys, but I would eat the hell out of some bacon bread.
I swear I could smell the bread baking as Kris was describing all that he was trying, then he got to bacon bread .
I have some bacon in the fridge, have bread in the pantry, but it doesn’t seem the same as his bacon bread!!
The one I bought in March has done an admirable job collecting dust. I hope you have the same luck.
Between burger joints, pizza shapes, and bread, I seem to gain weight each Friday. Curious i know
As long as post #1 is the bacon bread!
Imagine, a 30 year fixed just to park a car…
At one point, we discussed the fact that my car is about ten feet away from me at the podcast desk, and I don’t have to pay extra for it.
Hopefully Kris doesn’t hate me now lmao
Turn this site into "The Hydration Paradise"! (That’s a really bad bread making joke.)
I heard that.. That is the world I live in as well. IT is all open space out here in NV. Us sub-urban dwellers live a life don’t we?
People far away from me at all times?
Readily available land for reasonable pricing?
It’s the kind of life worth living.
I’m kinda leaning towards the Breville BBM800XL after quick search. might be a bit aggressive for a first run at this. ????
You don’t even need a bread maker, just a dutch oven and some flour, water, salt, and yeast.
haha, anyone falling in love with golf because of "mashed potatoes" — well… not my golfer.
wind makes cold weather unbearable.
So much this!! If there is no wind I can play to about 40*. Wind is brutal and always seems to be present in cold weather.
#Facts
I was walking in my backyard during lunch. Walking with the wind, in the sun, and it felt like a nice spring day. Walking back into the wind, like the tundra.
Windy and 34-48F and cloudy. I went into my backyard and hit almost golf balls with a wedge. Just to anti-Covid.
This morning it was 30F. I assume they are waiting to play until noon today.
it’s horrible… but here’s the real truth;
wind is horrible.
Probably just being 2020 but it seems like its always windy these days
It all gets rolled into the same load when you buy the condo, but yes, pure insanity. When I lived in downtown Chicago, I didn’t have a car; we would do zipcar (hourly rentals) to get out to golf. When I lived a bit further outside of downtown, but still in the city, we had a parking spot out back of our condo, but I would take my bike to go to the driving range. Packed a few clubs into my messenger bag and off I went.
Two episodes to dive into. Obviously the @Canadan episode (I havent been invited yet)
And if you like cult movie favorites he has Matthew Laurance who is Sal from Eddie and the Cruisers on that is great too.
I was a GetAround guy, myself! And I always enjoyed the looks when I got on the bus to head over to Diversey with four to six golf clubs in hand. Haha
@JB doesn’t know it yet, but he’s already been penciled in for "Season Two".
I would love to see someone riding a bike down the street with golf clubs.. When I lived in Taiwan I would see all kinds of crazy things on the back of bikes and scooters.. It was a riot.
I’ve taken my whole bag with me on a two bus route – California in Logan Square to the 152 on Addison – to get in a summer evening 9 at Marovitz. I got some looks then for sure! Do what you’ve got to do!
I was always thinking of a way to make it easier to take my whole bag on the bike, but it was just easier to take a few clubs in an easier to transport bag!
Yes. I don’t mind the cold. As others have said the wind is a different story. Just have to keep your hands, ears and head warm. And walking definitely helps.
this makes me happy.
