Last year we teased something called Dream Foursome, where you could pick other forum members and go to a THP Experience. We are excited to announce thanks to True Temper and Callaway Golf it is a reality. It’s called Dream Foursomes, because rather than have one group of THPers enjoy this incredible resort, two will be joining us and you will get to choose who is coming!
When and Where
November 8th-10th
PGA National Resort and Spa
Palm Beach, FL
Dream Foursomes
Each person will choose two other THP forum members for a few days at the beautiful PGA National Resort and Spa home of the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. You will be playing the same course the Pros play for one of the rounds and the other will be played on their soon to be open Match Course. It wouldn’t be a Dream Foursome without industry experts, so you won’t be alone. Each foursome will be rounded out by either Keenan Phillips from True Temper or Jason Finley from Callaway Golf. Two of the best in the business and will be a blast to play with for THPers.
Cost & What’s Included
Cost: Zero Dollars – You will be responsible for your travel to FL, and we will be covering everything else.
Lodging at PGA National Resort
Multiple Golf Rounds
Group Dinners and Breakfast each day
Swag that will blow your mind
How To Get Involved
While signup will be coming soon, it is important to remember your 2021 Albatross Club membership is your key to unlock this and many other once in a lifetime experiences on THP. If you are not a member, and want information on how to join and help support an amazing charity helping children in need, click here.
Itinerary
11/8: Arrival and Meet and Greet Dinner. This will be a chance to meet the other Dream Foursome as well as Keenan Phillips from True Temper and Jason Finley from Callaway Golf. This evening will be filled with food, drinks and your chance to ask anything you want about the brands.
11/9: Golf in the morning and then group dinner where we will get into the gear and talk about equipment.
11/10: The two dream foursomes will hit the Champion Course to tame the Bear Trap. After the round, some lunch and cold one before hitting the road.
If you ever wanted to learn about multiple brands, learn about equipment, shafts, golf balls and more. This is the ultimate way to share this special trip on us, with two amazing brands and we promise the swag for each participant is going to be AWESOME!
How to Signup
Signup will be coming soon and this thread will have all of the details on how and when, but here is the gist of it. When signup opens, you will choose two other THPers that will join Callaway Golf and True Temper for the trip. All three THPers must be members of the Albatross Club to qualify. If you win, they win. This will be open for a total of 6 THPers, so two lucky winners.
Remember fellas, just do what Kyle does. 360 off the tee and a short iron into a par 5!
Easy enough right?
Definitely!
I ‘ll keep that in mind when I’m hitting my third shot from where he his drive.
If you start the Bryson training now, you should be able to do that in a month! ?
well now I’m even more excited to see what ball you end up picking since that is very confusing
I have made my decision.
What did you acquire?
Tell me more!

That’s probably a good idea. As I was thinking my way around the course, I kept thinking, ok hitting 4i off the tee here, 3w here, maybe driver a time or two, on the range . I received some advice to avoid the water, so that was my plan of action. Can’t wait to see how the Epic Max 3w plays for you!
11 days to go.
The weather should be perfect that time of year. But with that, comes wind. Have fun!
No pressure at all! THP is behind you! This is going to be a great one!
Technically, there is one experience between now and us haha. It’s shocking, but The Data Experience by Shotscope is actually Nov 5-7th. JB is a busy man.
@V14_Heels you’re up next. Shot Scope was moved to 2022.
Two things:
1. I was taught that weather is never discussed relative to THP experiences, LOL.
2. Isn’t it an oxymoron to say that the weather is perfect, but that it also will be windy?
Joking aside, I played golf in Miami (Key Biscayne) in November of ‘19, and it was perfect weather, sunshine, dead calm, temperature in the 80’s.
You guys got this! Trust me, we’ll be here cheering you all on. Excited to see the Match course, the Bear Trap and the rest of the Champion Course, and friendships made!
Excited to see what @JasonFinleyCG and Keenan have in store for you all! Going to be outstanding, I’m sure!!
And just for you @Bernoulli
How’d I miss that memo! My THP Experiences thread is COMPLETELY INACCURATE NOW.
Only off by one. One edit and it’s good to go.

Already fixed.
Did you play at Crandon on Key Biscayne? I have played there 6 times.
Weather will be better than upstate NY! Warm and windy is much better than cold and windy.
You trying to jinx us @MWard?
Yes. It was a fun course. I enjoyed seeing the crocodiles, as compared to alligators. The raccoons were a bit on the aggressive side, but I was deemed to be ok once I went through the rabies vaccination. JK.
??
Iguanas are my favorites there.
We are going to have a blast.
No I don’t believe so.
Probably part of the first night dinner the. I would guess.
I am really looking forward to finding that out.
I’d ask if you had a preference but that’s not a fair question ?
Almost time!
The real question os who is JB going to punish by sticking them with me ?.
Keenan: “So BigDill, what are you thinking here off the tee?”
Me: “Try not top it. Again.”
???
Either way. Stoked for you guys. So much fun happening around here right now.
We don’t know that or the format but I do know we are going to have a blast regardless.
Oh for sure!
I think I’m most excited to see you guys play the match course. Looks super interesting!
Need to know more about Rocco’s.
It’s a local taco place that we ate at during the Graphite Challenge event in 2019. I was throwing it out there trying to see if I could sneak any more information out of JB ?
They were everywhere. I’d forgotten that. But back to the raccoons…. On one hole, there was a pack of them. They would sit there and hiss at you. We each had to take turns going to the tee box to hit, while the others protected the cart. If you left your cart, all food was gone. On one hole, we saw nothing. We got to the green and went to putt out. We came back and my food was gone, but there were muddy tracks all over the seat.
I am still trying to get my arms around that match course. More likely it will get its arms around me, at least the Bear Trap will the next day,.
That is for sure going to be a high point of the event!
