Wilson Fat Shaft

Hi,
I have been golfing for about 8 years, only 6-10 rounds a year and these are the only irons I have played.I would like to get out more this year and get a little more serious. I hit them pretty decent, I just wondered how they would compare to some on the new sets out there. Are they in the game improvement catagory? Wanted to know if irons would help me more or a set of good wedges(short game is weak). Thanks

I played these irons for quite a few years and enjoyed them very much. I think the best advice would be to save the money and see a local pro for a few lessons. THen once you are comfortable come on here and see about winning some in our contests hehe. Or get some advice from the members or our resident pro.
