No that's not a typo. Just a line from the movie Austin Powers.

I am a 31 year old father of two from northern Illinois. Originally from Wisconsin and my heart is still there but Illinois is home for the foreseeable future. I used to play a lot more golf but having kids tends to have an impact on that.

Also enjoy the outdoors, particularly hunting and ice fishing.

Goal for the year is to break 80. Need to work on my putting and keep the all in play off the tee.

I am amazed by what I have seen on this site so far. So much great stuff going on here. Should be a fun year.

I know exactly what you mean in terms of kids. I was a 20+ rounds a year golfer and then my kids came along. Now that my youngest is 16, I'm able to get out there more again.

80 is a tough number to break, but you'll get there. It took me until I was 48 years old to crack that nut.
