Handicap
16.5
During the past years, I would try to play 2 or 3 rounds per week and would rearly hit the range in season, but my handicap would remain stagnant.
This season, due to time commitments and other activities, I am only playing 1 time per week. I go to the range the night before my round to work on weaknesses, then on the day of the round, I arrive about 1hr early to properly warm up.
This new set up has me shooting around 5 strokes less than last year.
Really happy about it.

Where's the fun in that?? I'd rather play lousy golf as compared to no or less golf but I'm a fanatic!!

Yeah, once a week ain't gonna do it for me! I do understand your success though, sometimes when I am struggling I take some time off and always have a good round after that.

I have a pretty big drop off when I go to less than 4 rounds a week, explains my current handicap.

I think that coming in fresh and energized is a good thing. Especially since you have worked on your game so much in the past and also are doing some great pre-round prep. Enjoy the returns!
