Wilburs in Goldsboro NC is my favorite. Mac's Speed Shop in Charlotte is great by not as authentic. Wilburs are good old boys and folks have some Q and talking to their neighbors. Great Hush Puppies.

DO you like Midwood Smokehouse? I think it and Sauceman's are the 2 best in Charlotte. I will have to look into Wilburs if I am out that way, Lexington is decently close to Charlotte and is amazing and known pretty much as the king of NC BBQ.
