Maybe blasphemy, but I like boiled.

Grilled and chard, boiled is only good with Mac and beans.

Grill or flat top! Got to get that char on 'em.

Grilled.

Putting them in water is horrible.

Grilled absolutely. And on the more done side.

Grilled!

Grilled by a mile.

Boiled!

I really like a good ballpark steamed hot dog.

But man, a good charred hot dog on a grill? That might be the best.

NOT boiled! Put them in a saucepan of warm water, bring the temperature up to 185, then cover it, remove from heat, and let them sit 5-10 minutes. Perfect!

I also like the kind done at the golf course... in the special hot dog cooker with the rollers in it. Those are great!

Grilled, but if I'm doing them at home, I'll par-microwave them and then finish them in a pan on the stove to get some color on them.

Grilled, almost burnt is the best.

Cast iron on the stove in the winter.

Grilled until charred

Flat top or pan for me in a little butter

Boiled first then cross cut and finished off on the grill
