Some diced mushrooms would have made a nice touch in the breadingTurkey YumYum balls. (Ground turkey, Boursin, herbs and spices). Lingonberry sauce on the side.
Wife loved them.

Looks like a pretty darn good pie
We had late breakfast/early lunch at a new place called Maple Street Biscuit Company. They do an a different spin on biscuits and gravy. They have several sandwiches, chicken tenders, waffles etc.
This fed four of us today and was plenty

They really do. Some places can make the biscuits too dry, but this place nailed it.They make a good biscuit. They have been here in FL for a few years and then Cracker Barrel actually bought them this year I believe and are slowly expanding all over the country.

Was just at a local Italian market and saw this. Sent this picture to my brother in law who loves tripe and loves calamari. Lol ive never tried tripe and im not sure how many people like it. If i was gonna guess here i would say possibly @Bernoulli and possibly @Tevenor . Im guessing there might be a few here.View attachment 9146601
