Solid. different sauce like a bearnaise but those sound solid

I have done a few different sauces when I use Lamb instead of turkey making these. My wife has an egg intolerance, so I haven’t made a bearnaise in a long time

These have been in Colorado now for over a year but I'm just making it to one. Craving cured.
Double Double with chocolate shake.

We had late breakfast/early lunch at a new place called Maple Street Biscuit Company. They do an a different spin on biscuits and gravy. They have several sandwiches, chicken tenders, waffles etc.

This fed four of us today and was plenty

They make a good biscuit. They have been here in FL for a few years and then Cracker Barrel actually bought them this year I believe and are slowly expanding all over the country.

They really do. Some places can make the biscuits too dry, but this place nailed it.

Yes, I am familiar with tripe. Can’t say that I have had it in a long time and I probably wouldn’t eat it at this time.

The Calamari in the red sauce would do. Put that over some linguine.

Kentucky Hot Brown…wow!!!
