I need this. I tried some crawfish the other day at a bbq shop and they were very meh, but I imagine having some proper large ones and fresh, would be life changing.

Working on a chocolate wafer version of an ice box cake. Wafers were hell creating layers trying to break. I made 4 layers. Itβs now in chill mode. Weβll see what happens

Thatβs actually heavy cream that was drizzled over it before freezing. Wafers were trying to break as I was building layers thus it not being a perfect rectangle. I grated dark chocolate on top.

As always happens when I open 1lbs of ground meat, and have 6 buns - I have to cook a whole slew of burgers.
This time was moose so I did a mushroom swiss, a spam/aged grueyere/avocado, and an oklahoma onion.
