When I worked up there, I went with a friend once and after his first bite, he sneezed. The look on his face is of someone that god stabbed in the kibbles and bits with an once pick.

I stopped at my in laws on the way home from golf today and was treated to this but of deliciousness. Two brownies with frosting in the middle. It might be one of the best desserts ever.

Ok, first try with the ribs Sous Vide. I did about 18 hours at 152.5 and 7 at 165. I then put them in the oven. I started it at 300 but they weren’t browning up quickly enough. So half an hour in I turned it to 350. I sauced them twice (I had lightly applied a dry run prior) at 10 and 20 minutes out, total oven time was an hour.

They were the best ribs I’ve ever had so I’m going with this being a successful venture. The only bad bite I had was a hidden bone on the very end of the flat side of the slab. I know I left a little meat on the one bone but that was for my little doggie. She gave it two paws up too!

Looks delicious, but what is it? JB and I are debating. I said brisket with pickled cabbage or onions and grain mustard, and he said pastrami and pickled cabbage.

Little Debbie isn't even close!

Breakfast in Key West today. That’s a poached egg on top of some Cuban pork on top of a waffle, with a spicy hollandaise. Unbelievably good.
