I've been doing 150 pushups and yoga almost daily. Also been doing a 4 days oer week dumbbell routine. There's some of us discussing what were doing, along with motivation, here:Anyone have any good workout plans they are following with the quarantine going on?

Thanks for the suggestions! My work just closed our gym down so I'm looking for a workout I can do from home before I head to work. I've got dumbbells, bench, and a squat rack so I think I can get this all done!
