What is your go to drink?

I like a good rum over a few cubes, but had a local porter beer down here in Concepcion, Chile that was just good as it gets.

Lot of IPA for folks in here. Don't think I have seen any scotch drinkers yet.

Depends on the day. I usually have a nice glass of scotch when I have a closing. Lagavulin, neat. I have rum and vodka as well, but it just depends on the situation. As far as on the course or freshly off of it, any beer is better than no beer.

What is your go to drink?

Margarita is my #1 at the moment if we’re at a place that makes sense with it. I tend to pair my food with something that generally makes sense and goes together though. I don’t really have a drink I’ll always get no matter where I am.

For on course, really depends on what’s available. Coors light is my choice of cheaper light beers. Summer shandy if they have it. Mixed drink if I’m at a CC or a nicer public course.

This is a little different from what you are going for, but for me, it's an Arnold Palmer. I think that is a great thirst-quenching drink both on the course and after the round.
