I see that Sirius XM Fantasy Sports Radio has now switched over to speaking mostly about Fantasy Football and I say about time. LOL
So, it looks like all the radio hosts created their top 100 list and then someone took the averages and broke them all out.
Here are the top 1-50 for PPR leagues. What do you think?
1 to 10 10- 20 21-30 31-40 41-50
1. S. Barkley RB 11. M. Thomas WR 21. K. Allen WR 31. M. Mack RB 41. K. Golladay WR
2. E. Elliott RB 12. J. Mixon RB 22. TY. Hilton WR 32. A. Cooper WR 42. J. Jacobs RB
3. A. Kamara RB 13. O. Beckham Jr WR 23. D. Williams RB 33. S. Diggs WR 43. P. Lindsay RB
4. C. McCaffrey RB 14. JuJu Smith WR 24. AJ. Green WR 34. D. Freeman RB 44. C. Kupp WR
5. D. Hopkins WR 15. A. Brown WR 25. M. Evans WR 35. B. Cooks WR 45. DJ. Moore WR
6. M. Gordon RB 16. J. Conner RB 26. Z. Ertz TE 36. P. Mahomes QB 46. C. Godwin WR
7. D. Johnaon RB 17. T. Kelce TE 27. L. Fournette RB 37. R. Woods WR 47. T. Boyd WR
8. D. Adams WR 18. T. Gurley RB 28. G. Kittle TE 38. J. Edelman WR 48. S. Watkins WR
9. L. Bell RB 19. D. Cook RB 29. A. Thielen WR 39. K. Johnson RB 49. A. Jeffery WR
10. J. Jones WR 20. N. Chubb RB 30. A. Jones RB 40. D. Henry RB 50. M. Ingram RB
So who really stands out as being too high or too low?
One of the interesting things I find on this list is the fact that the Rams have Gurley at 18, Cooks at 35, Woods at 37, and Kupp at 44, but the fantasy people don't rank Goff in the top 10 in most rankings I have read. Many so-called experts don't have him ranked in the top 12. I have to say I am surprised at that since Goff ranked 7th last year with 23.57 points per game and lost Kupp for almost half the season. I see Goff getting under drafted this year.
The second interesting fact is the value there seems to be on 3rd and 4th round WRs. The RBs definitely diminish quickly in most draft, but the WR depth is vast this year. J. Edelman and DJ. Moore looks like good values to me.
On the maybe too high side, I wonder if L. Bell having a year off and now with the "high scoring" Jets is really going to produce 1st round RB numbers? He could, but I would lean more on taking J. Mixon, J. Conner, T. Gurley, and N. Chubb before him.
