[Hacker Rod]

Greetings fellow THP'ers. I just replaced my decade-old Cobra S2 irons with JPX919 Hot Metals, so I thought it was time to create a thread to show off my hardware. The HM are 5-SW, although I have yet to determine whether the SW will replace my 56-degree Cleveland wedge. The current lineup:

As you can see, I have no loyalties to a particular brand. I play what works for me. The only club that's guaranteed a spot in the bag for the immediate future is my trusty 4DX IronWood. My comfort level with that particular club is unreal. I feel like I can rely on it even when nothing else seems to be working for me.

I have a 17* Maltby 2-hybrid on the way, too, which I'll be evaluating as a replacement for the 3-wood. Honestly, I don't like its chances, but theoretically it should be more a more versatile option.

I'll update when the 2H arrives.

It seems like I always had a part of the bag I didn't like, but I'm confident that this setup will be the best ever now that I have the gapping issues corrected. I haven't even hit the 7w on the course, but it feels great in my makeshift hitting bay. I think if I have to adjust anywhere in the short term, it will be with the wedges.
