Yeah they are the best looking irons I have ever had. I think to myself just 2.5 years ago I was hitting Ping G15's. Night and day on looks. lol

Yeah I love the putter but it goes real hot and cold for me. I am in a cold spell now since the start of 2017. The problem is I am shooting better than handicap scores without making putts. I just think what my scores would be if I only.....golfer's logic.

Wasn't sure where to post this so in my WITB it goes. I recently had a request to use my spare set so I was thinking I never really gave the Nike HyperAdapt a fair shake. I decided to switch bags and figure out why my current gamer had gotten so heavy.

So I started with the 2 bags and emptied them out. The clubs part is easy, we know where they are going.

Well do we really know where they are going?

One of the biggest things that I love about my current bag is the 14 way divider. Going back to a 5 pocket system just bothers my soul. lol So then I had to figure out what I was going to do there. Do I actually give the putter its own pocket? Do I put all of my wedges in the bottom slot? Well I decided to try the putter and driver in the top pocket. The 3w, hybrid, and 4 iron in the long middle pocket, and split 3 irons/wedges in the remaining 3 pockets. Trying to pull all 3 irons out of the smaller pockets at the same time is a pain, but really that shouldn't happen often. Also I have to give it a try to really see if I like this bag.

This is what was in my bag. The only thing I left in the bag itself was the rain hood. Yikes. 32 golf balls! TP5, Chrome Soft X, Pro V1X, Pro V1, and 1 Truvis. I have been testing the TP5 and Chrome Soft X and neither has really pulled away from the Pro V1X yet. I have a dozen TP5x now that I wanted to add to the mix as well. Ugh decisions. I decided to take all Pro V1X and Pro V1's out of the bag. I put 1 sleeve of TP5X in the bag and we will see where that takes us, 18 golf balls. I also decided to put the rain gloves and rain hood into the water proof removable pocket that came with the bag. That will be in my garage unless there is a forcast for rain. Nice bag is getting lighter. I also reduced the divot tools and ball markers in the bag and put those into the valuables bag that will go with my spare set.

Now what to do about the water bottle. If I don't put a pocket on the side there is a pouch for the bottle but it looks like it could rip at any minute. I decided to use the small pocket that came with bag. There is an insulated pocket as well if I need to have any other refreshments.

Now after a cleaning of all the clubs in both bags here they stand.

One in the car, strapped down and ready to go.

One in the garage waiting to get picked up by a friend

Oh and before I forget, there has been one change in the bag. Went from the Fuji Pro Green to Hzrdus red

A couple of changes to the bag. First my sister in law got me a good deal (employee discount) on some milled grind wedges so those are now in the bag for testing. So far I am still leaning towards the vokeys.

The next change is from the wifey. She spotted Patrick Gibbons showing off a new headcover on Instagram and quickly went and ordered me one for the 3 wood. She's a keeper.

Looks like I need to start looking at a custom putter head cover.
