Have recently changed to a shorter shaft in my Original One Mini Driver. According to my measurements and the Leaderboard SW calculator it’s now C7. So I’ve ordered lead tape strips. The obvious place is at the back of the sole where a Ping weight would typically be. For neutrality, where would you put it?

Around the rear of the pear were the sole meets the crown. It will stay put there. Peen off the edges of the lead tape with a plastic pen so the head cover does not catch it

Does peen mean flatten and round the edges?

13g of lead tape has taken the club from C7 to D5.

I’ll try it like that and then maybe take 3g off if needs be.

Have actually replaced one of the strips I put on the sole to around the base of the shaft by the hosel. Now D4.
