What "As Seen On TV" Practice Aids or Clubs have you tried out?

When I was really trying to golf more years ago, I had borrowed one of the Medicus irons, and man I felt like it really helped my golf swing at the time.

Right now I have the SuperSpeed Golf Training sticks, and I have noticed a positive change, but need to put in a lot more work with them!

C3I wedges. Worked well, but one trick ponies.
IRT5 Hybrid, again, worked well, but better served with a normal hybrid

I also bought a putter aiming tool, but never used it. Can't remember the name, but it is one of the more popular.
