Thanks for all you did to make this happen, Adam! You went above and beyond and it turned out awesome. Thanks for all the rides and Thursday night accommodations.

Also need to thank Jay and Brian for the rides!

The courses and company were awesome. So glad I got to meet up with my first THP friends and make some new ones and put faces with names.

I really enjoyed the convo during the drive!
That was a fun ride, especially with the traffic and Josh stalking us!

The weather in Denver made my trip home on Thursday pretty rough, but I made it and played golf on Friday (not well, btw). Stats to be read and updates to be done at some point.

I started packing for my next golf trip (Wed-Sat, 36/day + 18 on Sun). Too bad we’re not playing the awesome courses in Tahoe....especially Edgewood!

This trip has 24 guys and includes a 2-day Ryder Cup with captains and a draft. The last round is for a traveling trophy (the Cup). All pairings for the Cup are determined by your index (high & low). 1 & 24, 2 & 23, 3 & 22, etc. Index range for 24 players is 3 to 27.

At least the weather forecast looks similar to Tahoe, without the Genoa Ranch winds. One plus is driving to the courses. 1st round is about 1 hour from home.

Have fun, man! Hopefully you're playing a nice course or two.

Thanks. This trip is budget conscious because the group likes wagering and adult beverages. Therefore, the drop off compared to Tahoe is significant. Oh well, a bad day on the course still beats work and I'm the defending co-champ for the Cup. I missed partnering with my guy from last year by 0.1 on the index. We had a lot of laughs and that was part of our secret sauce. As you know, 9 holes of Alt Shot is a challenge.

Jealous. Honestly... golfing with a great group of guys makes the single outings less fun. I'll be hanging up my clubs for a few months until possibly Nor Cal v.So Cal in November and then golf in Hawaii with Josh in December.

Played last weekend and had 165 to the pin on #18. I flushed an 8 iron and sauntered up to the green with dreams of breaking 80 for the 3rd time this year. Whoops, 10+ yards short and I'm in the green side bunker. A quick game of ping pong with my wedge netted a triple bogey 83. Delusions of grandeur!

I hope my putter comes back because the Tahoe greens damaged my confidence. 3 x 3-putts last time out.

You created an incredible event and I felt the drop off last week with my buddies on Friday and Sunday. Great guys, awesome accommodations, fantastic courses, jaw dropping scenery...yeah, that works!

For the record, I haven't figured out how to post gifs with the new format and this thread needs more cowbell...I mean gifs!

Those Tahoe greens were X-tough! I’m sure you’ll get it squared soon

Canyon Springs. Decent layout but they just over seeded the greens so was a little bumpy.
I lived, temporarily, on the 15th hole back in 2016, played there at least 3 days a week

They over seed, and sand every three weeks. The greens are like ice rinks. But overall a really fun track. Just don't lose your ball left or right!

#8 is a hoot. 450 yard par 4, split fairway, but if you dare going over the houses, it makes it a wedge in!

Played some hill country golf w/ @H8tobogie on Tuesday in San Antonio and couldn't help but talk about the last 2 Tahoe events. Speculation surrounding a potential 3Peat heading into 2020!?!?

Having played yesterday for the first time since LT2......MUCH needed break but golf has hooked me back in!

This year was so much fun. Hopefully I'll be in a position to make it up there for next year.
