Hard to capture 30 mph gusts in photos but the trees were losing their leaves yesterday. Happy to say we had blue skies, warm temps and my putter was hot. The course is closing for the winter in 2 weeks.

Beautiful!!!! Where are you at that the course closes for the winter? Lucky they let us on as long as frost is off greens and no snow on course.

I wish we had similar weather conditions but snow and extreme cold are givens when you live in the North. The grass really isn't growing right now and the superintendent protects the course for next year. Hard to argue with that logic. Each green is punched and then covered with tarps. It takes several days to cover all the greens. In the Spring, the greens need a few days of warm sunshine to get going again but they're usually in great shape by early April.

Berkleigh Golf Club, where a LPGA tournament previously was played. I've read a new owner is putting some money into it. Great course, kinda wet like most places in the Mid-Atlantic this year.

Great pics Amol, I saw your Insta yesterday and was impressed! Funny story....we have a country club here in Sioux Falls called Westward Ho CC. Not quite as far west as Eastward Ho is east though! LOL

#5 Buffalo Ridge yesterday. Zoysia going dormant, some autumn colors starting to show. Not sure why it looks so flat? It's not? That tee is very elevated, and despite how it looks barely reaching that fairway requires a >200 yard carry.
