Your Tee Game - Sell Me

Fairway wood is the play for me. My miss with wedges is almost always a pull, especially on chopped down swings. I would rather be 120-140 out than 95.

Should play ... 3 wood or long iron to comfortable distance for full shot into the green.
Would play ... most likely I'd still pull driver and get as close to the water as possible so it's just a flip into the green for the best birdie chance.

Fellow SA golfer!!! Yup just like that hole or Lakes #5 at Hyatt Hill Country GC.

My buddy still lives in San Antonio, and I'll play with him at Sonterra whenever I visit. I really enjoyed being a member there, but wished I had played a lot of other courses when I lived in SA (I did play TPC once, whatever the George Strait course in Boerne is, and of course the AWESOME Quarry).

I would hit 3 wood and that is what I believe to be the correct club for my game.

I would go with my 3 wood. I prefer a full wedge in.
