How do you warm up? (And how long for)

With two discs , L5 and L3 , in my back that are in poor shape, I always try to hit some balls . Our range at the club will give a bucket of 60, so 10 wedges,7 irons,4 irons, five woods ,three woods and drivers will get me in good ,loose shape for the first tee. Finding a slow sure tempo is key to a good back and fairway hunting.

Some putts and chips and I am good to go......or as good as I'm likely to be.

My normal warm up includes a few minutes of stretching followed by 30-50 balls at the range. At my home course I don’t often hit more than 15 practice putts but if it’s another course I normally will putt for 10 minutes or more before the round.
