PGA Tour Prize Money Increases

I’ve been saying the PGAT was full of bullsh from the beginning but I’ll admit it’s nice to see them try to make things better. That’s all anyone really wanted so I’ll give them props for that. What bothers me is how they all dogpiled on Phil when he was pretty much right the whole time, even if he handled his side no better than the PGAT did. That was just wrong, especially considering what he’s meant to the game. I lost a lot of respect for the PGA Tour (and the media) because of that and I’m not alone. The smart move for them is to fire Monahan and try to find a way to get Phil back on tour somewhere down the line although I don’t see that happening any time in the near future. They’ve made such a mess of it that they put themselves in a no win situation but they really have no one to blame for all this but themselves.
