Very nice gentlemn.
Enjoy the sticks.
Can't wait to read the reviews.

Love it! You're a big dude! I'm glad we're buddies. Never know when I might need some west coast help.

How was your round today?

Great looking sticks guys!! i am really looking forward to your reviews as these are on my short list.

Great pics guys and sweet video Tomahawk. Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts in the upcoming weeks.

All I can say to you all is that I am so d__n envious. I would have been a great left handed tester and a very thorough reviewer of these sticks!!! Maybe I'll get lucky at Christmas!

I cannot wait to hear the thoughts on the KBS and Project X in these clubs. I am considering getting these irons but would want one of those shafts in them or the S300s. I just can't seem to get the hang of the MCs in my CB/MC combo set. Those babies may be finding their way to another home soon.

I'm very excited to see how you guys all like these. I'm really excited because everyone that has posted so far does not have the standard stock shaft and they have dif shafts.

Great stuff! The 2.0's look just as great in pictures as they do in person - beautiful sticks. Can't wait to see how they work out for you all.

Round today was great! The 2.0's and the KBS Tour is a deadly combo. Shot 77. Sprayed it a bit with the driver, but crushed the irons. Had 211 yards left on a par 5 and hit 6 iron to 20 feet for eagle. That is a two club difference from the R9. Ball flight was piercing and lower than the R9, and just plain awesome. Don't want to get into too much detail right now because I have notes and a full write up coming tomorrow, but I will just say I am impressed!

Tomahawk that Is awesome.. 2 clubs longer wow!

Those are some sick looking sticks fellas!

Tomahawk, you better be careful with that pendant light, man. Sometimes excitement gets the best of us. :D

Haha, true. The good news is I am an electrician, so I can replace the pendant if need be! :)

Excellent unboxing pics, boys! Can't wait to hear how they work out for you. Yorkem, I feel your pain, but will be looking forward to hearing your thoughts soon.

How did yours get to Raleigh, and mine didn't? Am I getting punk'd? Hehehe

love the pics so far guys, getting caught up on the reviews!

Man this is just club porn here. The last round of testers I think all had the stock shafts, and now I'm really interested in what you guys think about the Burner 2.0's with aftermarket shafts. These look great guys, congrats and looking forward to all your thoughts.

Great stuff guys! Love to hear the reviews and awesome stuff with the after market shafts!

Tappin' for world peace!

Just updating you guys. I'm heading to the range after lunch, and hoping I'm able to get a round in afterwards. I will have a review on here today.

Tappin' away from my DROIDX.

Great unboxing pics and initial thoughts guys.

Damn Tomahawk, that is an impressive 6 iron! Good work. Can't wait to read your full initial review.

Well I was up really early this morning to get some chores done before we left town. Since I wanted to test distance first, I wanted to be the first on the range so I could hit to an empty landing area. I decided to just take a few clubs for my first session to keep myself focused and keep from jumping around too much. In this sample, I only chose irons with matching lofts as my current set. The Burner 2.0s have strong lofts, so I wanted to do this to see which irons were truly longer.

Clubs tested:
- PW – Both wedges are 45*
- TM 6 iron vs Cleveland 5 iron (27*)
Current Set:
- Cleveland CG Gold
- True Temper Cleveland Actionlite Flighted Stiff Steel Shafts
- Std length, lie

After a few warmup swings with my current irons, I taped up the B2s and got to work. I first went with the PWs for 5 swings each. First 2 swings with the B2s were quick swings and drew pretty hard to the left (I was amped up). Still would’ve been in play, but not ideal. I grabbed some water, took a few breathes and hit 3 great PWs. They were all slight draws that landed and stopped all within a 15 foot circle 140ish yards away. I put the tape on my CGs and hit 4 decent shots all within a 20 foot area. They were no more than 5 yards shorter than the B2s. The 5th was a hook that I’ve come to know as my miss left.

Next, I grabbed the CG 5 iron and hit 5 shots. Two of them were great swings, about 180 yards, the third was a bit fat (straight but about 160ish), and the 4th & 5th were hooks left. Next was the B2 6 iron. The first shot hooked left, 2-4 were all nice high draws all in the 175-185ish range and the fifth was a skull shot. I was amazed how easily the B2 6 iron got the ball in the air, which is usually an issue for my long iron game.

Unfortunately, I only brought the 4 clubs and tape, so I didn’t have a sharpie on me to mark which swings were which on the tape. I will definitely have one for next time and will post pics of the tape. Hopefully this will give you guys a better idea of where shots on different places of the face will finish. I only had about 30 mins to test before holiday weekend festivities started, but cant wait to get back when I have more time.
