Thanks for the tip!! They are going to extend it to the correct length but I am not really sure how that is done. I just want my clubs to be right and be done this this mess! He also said that he will have it done in 24 hours from when I drop the club off.

I ordered a putter from Golfsmith online 2 years ago. It arrived looking like it had been through a war. Had extreme shop wear. Called them up and they offered a refund or a credit back to my account to reflect their cost for the item. Took them over a month to credit me the money back and I'm sure without my numerous phone calls I would never have seen the money. They did the right thing...eventually.

For components (shafts, grips, etc.) I use Golfworks. Good prices and never had an issue. I usually call them up so there are no mix ups.
