This has certainly been a great year for golf fans. Lots of excitement so far.

Was DA's par putt even on the green? He marked and picked it up. I didn't think you could do that from the fringe.
 
This is his hometown. He might pull off a birdie here and join the others.

It looked like fringe to me and I was wondering the same. Thought the commentators may clarify for us but not mentioned.
 
I didn't even notice that, but now that you bring it up, if it wasn't on the fringe it had to be only about an inch on.

By the way Rory and Rickie interact, you would swear they're going out for a round on a Monday in a pro-am, not a playoff.

There was definitely a difference in the grass from the green and where DA was and also another difference 5-6 inches behind DA's ball. Maybe the collar is where he was and that is still considered the green?

It defiantly different than his old 907f (think it was 907)
