Here's a recent video of my son swinging his irons and other clubs. Pro wants him to strengthen his grip to stop flipping.

Looks to make good contact sammy, spine angle tends to straighten right out though, what did the pro say about that
 
Seems to have a bit of a jump. I'm around the same age as him porbably a couple years older, but that is something I struggled with last year. Maybe it's a kid thing... I was told to think about firing my hips through impact. This made me turn instead of jump. The reason the jump occcurs is because the clubface is open and he needs more time to close it. Hence, the jump. He should feel like his right hand is closing the face during the backswing. It obviously won't close it but it will keep it from opening as much. This will make the clubface more square, and if he keeps jumping for more time it will result in a duck-hook. Main thing is right hand creates pressure and fire hips through the swing. Turn not jump.Hope this helps :)

Wow he has a great looking swing, reminds me a bit of Bubba Watson with the lower body. Great idea to work with and instructor, you will get the best results there.
