Esox - Polenta is like risotto - it takes a lot of tries to get it right. There is one instant kind that is fairly good. I can't remember the brand, but they sell it at Whole Foods.
Im making jerk pork tenderloins tonight with black beans and white rice. I am going to make either a mango or pineapple bbq sauce to drizzle over it. Ill be pairing this with Kool Aid Tropical Punch. :act-up:

What I mean is, I enjoy seeing a picture of a creative dish that someone made. I don't page through magazines looking at food pictures. Gasman has talked about a number of dishes that sound great, and it would interest me to see a picture.
I'm real handy in the kitchen, but mechanical, not overly creative, and my presentation generally sucks. I have a couple chef friends and their creativity and the way they utilize flavors always amazes me.
