Public Grass Ranges in Los Angeles area?

Anyone know of any?

I usually go the range at Tierra Rejada, but it's a 45 minute drive for me, so I was hoping to find something closer.

Don't know how far you are from Long Beach, but there is one right off the 710, kind of where it meets the 405. I haven't been there in a while but there really aren't many.

I'll have to check it out. Distance wise it's a bit closer to me (I'm in Brentwood) but in traffic it will probably be a longer commute. It looks really nice though. Thanks!

Westchester GC used to have 1/2 of the grass portion of their range open on weekends for irons only. Since the range was redone, and even a nicer looking grass section added, I think that the grass has only been available for 1 weekend....in 18 months. It's too bad, because if you could get there on Friday or Saturday morning, you really had a nice place to work out.

I go to Westchester at least once a week and have never seen a grass area. I'm pretty sure when they remodeled they got rid of it
