blade or mallet? which putter do you use

Its the 1 club I've never changed since starting, it's a Ping G5i Tessa with an insert, I've cut it down and its got a fatty on it now and my averages are currently 1.73 per round so although I'd like them to be better, if it ain't broke....

I am sort of stuck right now - better with an Arm Lock but cannot reliably aim the larger mallet heads (like the Odyssey Arm Lock lines). I have always lined up blades better so now sort of at a loss.

I used to use a mallet because I felt the heaviness at the end helped with holding alignment and reduced my "need" to push the ball (need is in quotes because I clearly don't need to but with a blade, I sometimes felt like I had to encourage the ball more!). Last season, I switched to the Boccieri Heavy Putter and found the best of both worlds.
