15 footer for birdie drops on #16. +3 into #17, which is a very birdieable par 5. Gotta keep it going.
 
Dropped another wedge into range, this time to 8ft and draino-too for my 4th birdie of the back 9.

Had a chance for a PB but let it all slip away with a double at 18. Just for nervous. What a knucklehead. Big step forward despite not hitting my irons very well. Had five 1-putts on the back.
 
+3 through 7 on an absolutely perfect day. Just birdied the par 5 7th.
About to hit my approach on 8

212 par 3 up next.
 
Bogeyed 9+10 and par on 11 to go to +5 through 11.

Just pounded a drive on the par 5 12th.
 
I am playing out at Homestead up in Lynden Wa. Standing on the tee at the par 5 3rd. I have gone bogie bogie so far. About a 3 club wind out here. Last hole was 141 par 3. Hit 7 iron and still ended a few feet short. Brutal.
 
Playing the front 9 at Cheery Creek. Tee off in 10.
 
First drive right down the center. About 140 to the pin.
 
Just finished with 81.

Had so much fun I'm playing again.
 
Wheels fell off real fast. Two some in front is deathly slow. I have had two groups pair up with me now. Last 3 holes were horrible. Solid drive on 6 trying to right the ship.
 
Missed the green the had a bad chip. +2 after 1.
 
Bogied the second. +3.
 
Par on 3. Tee shot landed 6' from the pin but choked on the putt. Still +3.
 
Par on 4. Stuck a wedge to 17' and 2 putted. Still +3
 
Bogied the par 5. +4 through 5.
 
+2 through 6 right now. In a groove so hopefully this keeps up.
 
Another par. +4 through 6.
 
Bogie on 7. Now +5.
 
+6 through 8. One to go.
 
+3 through 8. I've never broken 40 on the front 9 here so a par is essential on the long par 3 9th.
 
Sandy on 9 for par. 39 on the front.
