Using the flexible tempo trainers like the OW & SKLZ Gold Flex

Thanks for the responses. Do you think the OW has:
1) Increased your turn?
2) Gotten you more in sync with timing?
3) Increased your lag?
4) Helped your ball striking?

If so, then it seems like a no brainer.
I have discovered that it has helped me finish my follow through, and has helped with my turn (just a little).
It is a great tool for timing, keeps things flowing rather than jerky. I have taken that to the course with every club.
Ball striking? I have no idea.

I've had the sklz 48 for 2 years now and never had an issue with hitting my irons after swinging it. I also have a 4i whippy club that is similar to the sklz, but you can actually hit balls with it. Standard 4i length with a whippy shaft. They make a driver, 5i, 7i, and wedge. This has probably done more for my tempo than the sklz gold flex.

The gold flex is more of a strengthening and warm up tool for me.
