I'm always curious what type of yardage gaps people have in their games. Here's the full-swing yardage I'm getting out of my clubs these days:

Driver: 240
3W: 220
2H: 195
3H: 185

The wedges are max distance and I don't usually try to nuke them.
 
These are the numbers I go by, give or take 5 yards on the longer clubs.

I just hit a few clubs today on the launch monitor and my driver club speed is around 115-117. That's about 10mph more than the last time I checked my numbers. Driver distances in play have been around 280-290 lately (carry distance). Problem is my under 100 yd play lately has been terrible so i've been wasting allot of great drives.

Strangely consistent, but that's what they are. I really don't him my middle-short irons long at all compared to the longer clubs, proportionately (I know that made no sense).
 
Not as far as I thought after a humbling several rounds with GPS shot mark in use. The upper end is where I normally expect a shot to carry with a full swing at 75-80% with a smooth tempo and good contact. I can usually get another at least another 10 yards by attacking but with much less directional control. The low end of the ranges indicates missing the sweetspot which happens often enough to plan for! I'll get pretty good roll out on the driver but my irons/wedges are high, drop and stop.

geez JP, not only are we similar in height and swing speed but these numbers are almost identical to mine. so, what JP said!
 
My distances with my irons are wayyyy off right now.

Driver: 260-270 (with the Str8 fit I'm borrowing)

For me, I do better going all out with less club. I have a fast tempo and if I try to take a little off, it can chose to go whatever direction it wants. If I'm between yardage, I may choke an inch or so or hit a punch/knockdown.

What is your yardage for each club?

and have you ever check it with a gps or skycaddie? I have buddy who down loaded a app to his smart phone that will measure the distance and average it for you based on the iron you put in. You'd be surprised how much shorter you are on average than you think you are. For example hit ten 8 irons during a few rounds, take the average and then do it with the rest of your clubs, most of us will realize we probably are a half club or club shorter than we think.
