My wife convinced me to go out since she's due any day now with child #2 and I won't be able to play for a while. 8 of us headed out to the Home Course in DuPont, WA. I shot 37/40 for a 77! I hit 11 of 14 fairways, 15 of 18 greens. 2 birdies, 10 pars, 5 bogeys, 1 double. I've shot 80 a handful of times, but this time it was different. I was in the groove all day, I never felt nervous or thought what if. Definitely a good way to go out before i take a break to focus on the new baby.
