Ive never played either course and will only be going on Sunday. I have to accept I can't use a stiff flex anymore I guess. Won't know for sure till it gets here and I do side by side on the range.

Ignore everything I said. Greens are fairly quick at saw mill, been a few years since I played it. They have a decent hole by hole breakdown on their website.

Are your driver issues from playing a stiff shaft or are you just not playing your optimal shaft. You could always tip a regular flex driver to get the in between flex if you don' want to drop all the way down to regular.
 
Just wanted to chime in here since those courses definitely take me back. My senior year in high school we played both of these courses and actually won at Sawmill Creek. Sawmill is an awesome and with that NE wind off the lake is going to be a hell of a challenge for everyone

Looks like weather is finally going to turn around middle of this week. Just in time for this event! Gives the course a few weeks to get into great shape for us! Cant wait.
 
Legacy drains pretty well, not so much with the other 18. Legacy isn't really a long course but when it is wet and you drive has zero roll it starts to feel longer.
 
Unfortunately due to my job being pretty crazy recently and some other commitments, it looks like I'll have to pass on the event. I'd been looking forward to it as I haven't met anyone here on the boards and it would be a great weekend of golf but sadly its just not in the cards for me this year.
 
Well just had a curveball thrown my way. I'm now scheduled to work. Not too happy.

Still can probably get it off. Just sucks to give up the overtime is all. But I can make it up during the week I'm sure.

I can't say with 100% certainty that my cooler isn't already packed.
