Golf, Have Fun or Quit!
Now that the holidays and crazy weather have subsided a bit, time to get back outside for some workouts. And glad to say, although I ate well over the holidays, I didn't gain the normal Christmas/New Year's poundage.
Trust me, that's a big accomplishment. I think I read that the average person gains about 5 pounds during the holidays. I lost 3 in December so I say that was really like losing 8 since I didn't gain the 5.
