Fitted last week for my Betti, BB1 Long Neck.
1st putt was 12-15’ downhill right to left & drained it in the middle. I played 9 holes that afternoon & had 9 putts.
36 holes this weekend, 7 birdies. I’m very pleased.

Trying a few others on the home carpet and it's a battle
I've been rolling the QB8 LTD and BB*W Armageddon against each other quite a bit. I'm hopeful that I might have another contender show up in the mail over the next weeks.
I like it when a plan comes together. I also like slant necks. This one should be fun.
The new SBS has a sweet overall shape, shallow notchback with a great balance of blade depth and width. I dig the high toe (Mui Bueno) the standard hex face mill feels great. It is kind of a nice middle of the road between my QB8 LTD which is shorter blade length, more squat with fine flymill face, and the BB8W Armageddon and which is longer blade, not as deep, with very deep FIT face milling. Could be goldilocks from a performance perspective, and I've only spent 10 minutes with it.
Hey knowledgeable Betti folks, new to their putters and had a quick question. Just ordered a Queen B 8 and looking to put a stability tour shaft in it for a fun winter project. I am having the hardest time finding if this putter is a .355 or .370 shaft. Any insight from you guys?
The ones I've measured are .370 but you should either measure yourself or maybe email Bettinardi support to be sure? I've actually got a stability shaft (non tour, just testing the water) on the way for my SS12. If it works out, all the gamer rotation will be slowly getting them.
EDIT: The BGT people may know as well... If you order direct, there's a make/model field you'll have to fill out.
Thanks, from what little I've found, .370 seemed like a safe enough bet. Ill check around with some of those, thanks for the suggestions. Worse case may just order it, if it doesn't fit I know it definitely will in my evnroll. More projects!
Yep, and then you'll have an excuse to order another one so both putters will be ridiculously expensive! Lol. FWIW I use a basic shaft gauge from GolfWorks. Not super precise but good enough for this stuff.
