How many knives do you use to make a PB&J sandwich?

Do you use one knife, or separate knives, to make a PB&J, or Fluffernutter sandwich?

The other thread had me wondering...

One thing my wife does, that drives me absolutely crazy, is contaminating the peanut butter, with jelly, by only using one knife.

What say you?

One knife with a wipe down

One knife because the best part of making a PB&J is licking the knife after you finish putting the jelly on that has both on it.

One. I spread the PB and then wipe the excess off on the clear piece of bread before diving into the jelly.

I spread the jelly slice first, then wipe the residual knife jelly on the other piece of bread. Then apply the PB to that slice.

One knife, I kill (or snadwhich)

One. I spread the PB and then wipe the excess off on the clear piece of bread before diving into the jelly.

This is the correct answer :ROFLMAO:

One and wipe it off on thee other piece of bread!

Jelly first, wipe the knife on the clean slice of bread to avoid contamination then peanut butter.

One knife for the PB, one fork for the jelly.

You use the other slice of bread to clean off the knife.

One knife. I only eat peanut butter. No jelly for me!

One. Jam first, wipe knife on bread, then spread peanut butter.

When I could eat nut butters, I applied the nut butter, wiped it clean on the bread, then spread the jelly.

PB&J is a hot topic today!

None. I get the frozen smuckers ones. Pull it out the freezer and in about 15 minutes it’s ready to go.

I am a one knife and a spoon for the jelly. I couldn't stand to have the two mix inside the jars.

Spoon works better....

One knife and a spoon for the jelly (easier to scoop and spread).

or

one knife for PB and then the squeeze jelly then spread with same knife.
