Got up and down for birdie from there, then got to talking. Good drive on 8, 9i into right bunker, good sandy. Big 7i on 9 20' past and had 5' coming up for par and out in 32. Backed up on 10 so trying to decide what to do...
It's a Shriners show, buddy had to leave, I'm playing with and through a mixed group, birdie 10 , double cross wet on 11-bogey, failed up and down 12-bogey, 6i stiff from 296-birdie on 13.
Got fooled by what seemed like a hurting wind from 190y on that one.
It's a guessing game right now. Thought I was all over that.
Finally on the last. Smoked drive. That left for eagle.
Lipped it. Birdie finish.
Man. Tough stretch there on the back jumble, but hung on for a good score (-65). Group out there celebrating a birthday is gonna hear about it when they get in. WAY behind the pace.
